It’s really interesting how different organisations think,and how the decisions are made in respect of theses devices.
We still find manual cleaning / decontamination processes in use for these devices.
Interestingly, some healthcare organisations have already decided that “Single Use Nasendoscopes” are the best option.
Lets not forget, the other well established option that’s in the mix here, that of an automated decontamination process through the Endoscope Washer disinfectors (EWD:s).
